Instructor Adele is qualified in nutrition and weight management as well as exercise to music and Nordic Walking and since 2003 has helped hundreds of people lose weight, get fitter or a combination of both!

Come along to your local class and you will be given a warm and friendly welcome. Outdoor or indoor workout experiences are available so why not start your journey of well-being with a group of like-minded, passionate and supportive people.
